I have puchased three Hondas, primarily because of the service department. Mr. Bronger is attentive, and most importantly, trustworthy. I try to work only with him when possible. Don't lose him!! Was very satisfied with the experience. Did a pink slip to find the pre-owned vehicle within my specific parameters since I was in no time constraints. I went in due to flat tire, they were extremely busy, but Scott acted as if I was the only customer there. Mr. Lail, the Director of Finance, worked with the Honda loan department to get us the interest rate on the car loan that we wanted. Even after being turned down after his first conversation with them, he loan department to get us the interest rate on the car loan that we wanted. He really went to bat for us. Mr. Chandler, the salesman, worked with us over a two-week period to get us the model, color and a price we were happy with.
