My name is Casandra my husband Clayton and I recently traded in my car for something that made a little more sense for us. I went back and forth between dealerships and sales associates looking for the b traded in my car for something that made a little more sense for us. I went back and forth between dealerships and sales associates looking for the best deal. The reason we chose the dealership we did was because of our Sales Consultant Lamont Chandler. I'm almost certain that everything worked out so well because of Lamont and the Finance Manager Dennis Brim. They both worked together along with the other departments to ensure our wants and needs were met when deciding on a vehicle. Lamont listened to everything we asked for, he even listened to my ramblings about things unrelated. He found what we wanted and it was even something better than what I expected. I went into this thinking my only choice was going to be a base model and that was the only way I would be able to make the change in vehicles in order to keep us in the payment we wanted. To my surprise that wasn't the case we ended up with a better model than expected but we did so in the price and payment we wanted. We even ended up with a better than expected interest rate. The process did take a little longer than expected and we did have our doubts a few time (not about Lamon). Lamont refused to give up and stayed positive even when we became a little pessimistic. I have to give extra kudos to our Sales Consultant and the finance manager because of how friendly, knowledgeable and informative they both are. So, if anyone is thinking about a new/used vehicle I would recommend Lamont Chandler in a heartbeat. I’m so sure about this that I would even follow him as a customer if he moved dealerships. As much as I like my car it was the service we received from him that made everything even more amazing and for that we say “Thanks Lamont”. More
The buying process was very smooth and easy. We enjoy working with Matt (this is the second car we have purchased through Matt). The morning after the purchase we took our children out for a joy ride in our new van, much to our disappointment, the DVD player did not work. Other than the fact that it was inconvenient (we spent 5 hours the next day getting this problem addressed and fixed), Sam Swope did a great job honoring their vehicle and fixing the problem. More

My daughter had a bad accident and I was in the market for a used car for her that would be sterdy and dependable. While shopping, I also was looking at a used car for myself since I purchased a new CRV for a used car for her that would be sterdy and dependable. While shopping, I also was looking at a used car for myself since I purchased a new CRV in 03 and it had 234,000 miles on it. Eric was outstanding!! He was patient and helped us find a car that was in our price range. (Finding a car for a teenager definately requires patience) I have gone to other dealers that have tried to sell cars out of the price range which is frustrating. Eric and Jason were able to work out a deal for both cars. I will definately send anyone I know looking for a car to Eric. Very professional, caring attitude and excellant customer service for Sam Swope. Ryan was also very kind to my daughter and I. He did a wonderful job explaining all the details of the financial pieces. I appreciated that him, Eric and Jason stayed late to help us with this deal. I had a financial concern that Eric worked with the team and took care of immediately. They were there to serve and make us happy with our purchase!! I really like the VIP program that was offered and will definately use this for referrals and to come back to Sam Swope for service on both vehicles. More

Nick Woodson has a remarkable way of figuring out exactly which Honda vehicle best suits the customer's needs. This is not just my opinion. Other people who have dealt with him say the same thing. Nick Woodson is a straight shooter who has never steered me in the wrong direction. I am one of those folks who absolutely loved my 2005 Honda Pilot (which was a smaller vehicle than the newer re-designed model)and moved into a great 2010 CRV in search of better gas mileage. Nick quickly sensed that for my next lease, a perfect choice would have the fabulous ride you get with the V-6 engine of the Pilot with a vehicle length closer to that of the CRV -- without giving up 4-wheel drive. Nick suggested I test drive the 2012 Cross Tour, a car with 4-wheel drive. I knew nothing about it. And WOW! What a ride!!! He pointed out that I can adjust the seat fairly high to maintain the feel of driving an SUV. Add that to all the new high tech bells and whistles, and Nick was right again. I didn't know it but the 2012 Honda Cross Tour was exactly what I was looking for. Beyond his knowledge and professionalism, Nick Woodson is successful at what he does because he is the consumate people person. That is a special talent. The sales experience was very good, Tom Walker was very friendly and not pushy at all. I can't say the same thing about the service experience. After 6 months I start having steering problems with my 20 friendly and not pushy at all. I can't say the same thing about the service experience. After 6 months I start having steering problems with my 2011 Accord and I took it in for a check. After 5 visits over 2 months I still have the same issue and the service manager is trying to convince me that my Accord's steering wheel shaking is "normal" for a 4 cylinder car!? That's just plain wrong. For this reason I would not recommend this dealer. When you need a repair they fall short of the promise of taking care of customers during and AFTER the sale. More
