When I first arrived at Sam Swope Honda World, I had a good idea I would choose Honda vehicle and knew my general price range. I was introduced to Jamie Alcaparras, and she really listened to what my needs were in meeting my price range and overall concerns for quality, longevity, practicality and reliability in making a decision on my next car purchase or leasing. At first I was undecided on new or used, and not sure which type of Honda I would prefer. We also looked at several other options in other used vehicles as well. She was very patient, kind and easy to work with in making my purchase. I ended up leasing a 2012 Honda Civic LX and am very content with my choice. She also was very accommodating in arranging her personal assistance in transporting my old vehicle (non trade in) back to my home. Thank you, Jamie! More

All the people I encountered at Swope Honda were knowledgable, patient, and helpful. I knew I was interested in a new Civic when I went in and they all worked to help me get the car I wanted. My brother, who has purchased 3 other Hondas at this dealership, accompanied me. My only negative comment has nothing to do with any of the people who work at Swope Honda in Louisville. I was contacted by phone a few days after purchasing my Honda Civic by someone associated with Honda---a man with an accent who wanted to talk to me about my experience with Honda. That customer rep phoned me at 11:26 p.m., waking me out of a sound sleep. Do your phone reps not look at the Time Zones when they call people?! I told this caller what time it was, and expressed that it was inappropriate for him to be calling me at almost midnight. All he did was read from his script, saying something like "when would be a better time for me to contact you?" No apology for calling so late. It was very irritating to receive a call at that time of night. The phone number that appeared on my caller display was 26669-6687. That is exactly how the number appeared, no area code. More
The service is fantastic every time I go to have my oil changed etc. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend, most people say that taking your car to the dealer for service is too expensive, but that is not the case with Sam Swope, with the VIP Club you get so many awesome deals and coupons in the mail when it's time for service! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! More

I recently made the trip to Sam Swope butcause I had to get out of the car I was in and get somethng more reliable. I worked with Mr Lail and Mr Woodson and I must say they made me feel comfortable and co get out of the car I was in and get somethng more reliable. I was extremely excited to see the interest rate, it was the best I had ever had on a vehicle and since my credit wasn't the best I couldn't believe what I was getting. I love my new car! More
This is the 2nd car we have bought from Swope. The first car I bought from a salesperson I had known years ago. This showed me the quality of the people that sell for Swope. When I bought this car from Thomas, because my other friends had retired, I felt like he was on the same level as my friends. He was professional, helpful and not pushy. I will get this car serviced at Swope just like I do my Volvo. I am very impressed with the quality of work and honesty at their service dept. Ray More
