I did not feel pressured to buy a car that was out of my price range I told him what I wanted and where I needed to be payment wise and he got the job done. Outstanding Service Manager - Dale The Service Manager (Dale) at Sam Swope Honda World went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Within 5 minutes of my 7:00 am arrival the The Service Manager (Dale) at Sam Swope Honda World went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Within 5 minutes of my 7:00 am arrival the Service Manager could sense my heightened stress and concern over a Certified Honda purchase issue that the Used Sales Mgr had left me in. This car that I had just purchased a few weeks back was to take my oldest son off to College for the first time that morning. Dale was quick to take me out on a test drive and personally assess the problem. During the drive he listened to my concerns, immediately picked up on the issue, and realized the pressure that we were under. Upon return he drove it right up on the lift, personally inspected the vehicle, performed rapid troubleshooting, and ultimately called the correct shot to address the issue. Once the technician completed the work as dispatched...Dale once again jumped in the car, pulled it off the lift, and rode with me on the test drive to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Knowing that I was pressed for time...he took care of all the paper work after I left and emailed me the necessary documentation. Bottom Line: Dale was focused on satisfying the customer and not worried about meeting some "financial goal". Dale's interpersonal skills and quick call to action left me with a very positive impression of Sam Swope Honda World's Service Dept. Outstanding job!!!! More
