This was my 1st time working with Ryan, and he was wonderful as well. I've dealt with other dealerships in the past, but none compare to Honda World. As a repeat buyer with Nick, I know what to expect when I walk in the door - I am going to be treated well and drive off extremely happy in my new car! I won't consider going anywhere else! I knew that my lease was coming due in a few months and I had decided to keep my Honda Civic I currently had and buy it out because It was good for me and my family, but then I got the letter mentioned and thought I would look into it. Yes they are very fair with their reaching out to their customers. I will be returning as a repeat customer. And as I did return, I worked with Nick Woodson and he helped me with all my needs and was very professional, he even anticipating my needs before I asked. Needless to say, I became another satisfied customer. I do remember the first car I got from them, I asked, what happens if the car breaks down and I need roadside assistance? A salesperson there said "you see that big H on the front of the car, he said that does not stand for help" lol. How true it has been. Of the six plus years I have been a customer, there have been 0 (ZERO) problems! Honda World of Louisville is also a great supporter to the community giving of themselves their talents and services to those in need. Honda World of Louisville, as long as they are a part of this World, I will be a customer and will teach my children to be the same! More

Damon was extremely helpful without being pushy at all which I dread about car buying...very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I scheduled another test drive. When I arrived Damon had the car parked up front, heated and ready to go. I obtained financing through my bank prior. He was helpful in working with my bank to get everything together. When I picked up the vehicle, Damon even picked me up so I didn't have to stress over transportation. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Can not remember the name of the gentleman in finance, but he was very friendly and seemed very honest and upfront. Damon made sure the car was cleaned up and ready to go with Satellite radio connected. Overall Damon provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and entire buying process. And Damon also returned my call quickly when I called about a week after purchasing the car with a question. More

He even changed the price numbers at the end of the deal to make it look like she was getting what she wanted but realistically they raised the amount purchased at the end and blamed it on taxes and other Bull. This was not the agreement they made with me the previous day and she was supposed to only come in and sign the paperwork. One would think the manager or financial person doing the deal would of not let this happen??? But I guess making money and lying to customers is what they do best. I"LL NEVER return to this dealership and I will most certainly let anyone know (that asks me) how HORRIBLE these people are! NOT IMPRESSED with their morals at all!!! More

We have worked with Damon before and had received great service. When we arrived, Damon had the car all checked out, warmed up, and ready to test drive. Damon listened to what we were wanting and worked hard to get us a great deal and trade in value. He is great with all the details! He took us on test drives and was very open about the differences between the two. He was accommodating and willing to help us shop around.
