Great Experience!! I recently traded in my old car bought from Sam Swope for my new vehicle which I absolutely love! I think my love for my new vehicle has to do with the buying process! The first time around I was essentially told (by a different sales person) this is what we have and had to choose from that. In working with Chris, he took the time to ask me what o hated about my old car and what I really wanted and what was important to me! I am faced with a very difficult situation that I had no control over and he was very professional, honest and helpful. I had been to dealers before I came to Honda and they treated me like I was just a number or money that they weren’t getting or losing. I didn’t feel like a customer or treated with courtesy or respect. Ryan was very patient and understanding. This really helped because I have been very discouraged during this time. To meet people in an industry that has a reputation for looking at women differently, who go above and beyond to help you is a great reassurance. I would like to thank Honda World for having employee’s that actually care about their customers and treat them and their situations like they are human. We all face trials and tribulations, but when you have people who make you feel like you can rise above anything, that is a breath of fresh air. I know this may not mean much to you because it’s all about business, but to live in a world where people only care about themselves and to experience the opposite when I step into a business is amazing. When I came up cash short they asked me what rate I needed and set their finance machine to work, in no time they had me a BETTER RATE than my bank for the ENTIRE BALANCE! Best Experience Hands Down I went in with my mom looking for a car for both of us. Neither of us had great credit and figured together we could make it happen. We had seen a few vehicles that we liked and decided to check out the lot on Black Friday. Chris Stromberg welcomed us with open arms and a giant smile. He listened to what we were in the market for and helped us narrow our search. He didn't have anything to show us that day but said that he would keep an eye out and call us when he found something. I honestly didn't think I would hear from him due to not so great experiences in the past and not having great credit for a bigger dealership. Well needless to say I was very wrong. Chris kept his promise and called me just a few days later. I came in later that day and checked out the car he called me about. After the test drive I wasn't super excited. It just wasn't what I was looking for but didn't know if I could get what I really wanted for our budget. I was wrong again. Chris went to his boss and they had another vehicle for us to look at. When I saw it I was in total disbelief that we could get such a nice vehicle for the budget we had. It was an amazing test drive and in such great shape. I loved it! It was just about closing time and Chris and his boss told us that they would get in touch with us when they were able to get us a loan. I still don't know how they did it but they found a loan for just ME! Great rate and amazing price! I now own a 2007 Saturn Vue and I couldn't be happier. Chris even went above and beyond in little details such as getting new keys made because he noticed how the originals weren't really smooth starting the car. Got a last minute stain out and kept in touch with me after the purchase. What an amazing experience!
