Best experience I've ever had buying a car. This was a very relaxing experience which was a first ever for me when buying a car. Nick Woodson was extremely polite and professional. He also gave me a really good price on the 2016 Accord Touring I bought throwing in at least 3 accessories in the deal. Mark Dutton was also great to deal with and he gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. The whole transaction was very fast as well. I drove away in my new car in under 3 hours! However as I dealt with Megan she was sure to deliver exceptional customer service for my drive time! She was dedicated to finding the vehicle with all the qualities I was looking for and nothing less. You can't expect every sales person to come to you own place of business to complete the sale as she did. Not like it used to be I will say that the salesman I dealt with was excellent, Sam Hall. I dealt with on a two occasions and once at the New Car Show. He was knowledgeable I will say that the salesman I dealt with was excellent, Sam Hall. I dealt with on a two occasions and once at the New Car Show. He was knowledgeable about the cars, courteous and never pushy. I would deal with him again in a heartbeat. However, ironically, this site does not list a part wherein I can review only Sam. As for the rest of my car shopping experience, I was unimpressed even though I had bought two cars from this dealership in the past. First, they had an Odyssey listed on their website that once I got there, it was allegedly sold the day before. Then there was a Pilot that had just came in from auction and was out front but, they would not consider selling it until it had been reconditioned. I am sorry but, park the car behind the building then. Then we pulled up an Accord that was on the website that was listed as certified and they tell me it is there but not certified. Then, they came back and quoted me the same price on an Accord Demo that they were selling a brand new Accord for. They justified it claiming that the color of the demo would sell faster. I don't know if this a bait and switch tactic or not. Regardless, this is the dealership that went by the slogan for years that "Nobody Walks Away". From past experiences with this same dealership, I was very disappointed. Even if this was not a bait and switch situation, it shows poor quality control and makes you wonder when and if they can be trusted. More

I have purchased a 2006 CRV, 2007 Element and a 2011 Civic EX at Sam Swope Honda before purchasing this 2016 CRV EX AWD at Louisville Auto Center (same dealership). The color was what we wanted and the CRV had 8 miles on it. My wife has enjoyed the greater quietness, larger interior space, and greater gas mileage. Our salesman is Sam Hall. He knows this vehicle very well and was able to answer all our questions. I recommend Louisville Auto Center and Sam Hall. The negotiation was quicker and I paid what I wanted. Finance person was able to get us an interest rate better than the best bank or credit union we shopped. More

Great Job I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic yesterday from Damon Hampton at Honda World. This was actually the second car I've bought from Damon and both times h I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic yesterday from Damon Hampton at Honda World. Great business and excellent service! I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot last week from Sam Hall and had a wonderful experience. I called ahead and made an appointment to look at the car. When I I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot last week from Sam Hall and had a wonderful experience. I called ahead and made an appointment to look at the car. When I arrived, the car was at the front door and Sam was waiting on me. After purchasing the new car, I felt my old car (because I was alone and wanted to drive the new one). Sam parked it for me. I did nothing. When I returned to pick up my car, Sam had washed it and had it waiting at the front door! I had a previous bad experience with another dealer. This experience was wonderful! Could not have asked for better service! More
