When an honest mistake was made on their part during my purchase of a new Honda Accord HX-L, they did not attempt to shift the blame on my wife and I, or accuse us of "buyers remorse". Instead, they admitted that they had made a mistake and bent over backwards to rectify the situation and make sure we had the vehicle we wanted. I never thought I'd experience that kind of honesty and integrity from a salesman/car dealership. We have every intention to purchase our next vehicle from Honda World. More

Best car buying experience I've had I originally visited dealer about 3 weeks prior to buying and wasn't hounded in the time between. Was happy to see a dealer with patience to allow us to make a decision. We actually went to purchase a new crv and ended up buying a certified used. There was never any pressure and with completed the purchase with 3 kids in tow. Scott Wood was excellent throughout the process and helped make everything as quick as possible. They have the largest selection of Hondas in our area and provide an excellent buying experience. Thanks Honda World for a great buying experience. More
