I had a few problems with my user-car, and they fixed it I bought a 2009 Convertible Beetle for my wife on February 28, 2016. Our salesman was Tom Seeforth. During the test drive, the ignition/steering whe I bought a 2009 Convertible Beetle for my wife on February 28, 2016. Our salesman was Tom Seeforth. During the test drive, the ignition/steering wheel locked up, and we both attributed that to it sitting in the winter weather. Tom said that Honda World would fix it if it became a problem later. And they did. I was expecting a cage match, as has been my experience with other car dealers. They fixed it for NO CHARGE. Tom Seeforth was OUTSTANDING, keeping me informed along the way. He even washed the car and filled it up with gas! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom Seeforth and Honda World! More

We worked very efficiently and effectively, mostly via e-mail, to attain the 2016 Honda CRV we needed. He made our car buying a pleasant experience spending this kind of dollars should be. Highly recommend him. I would also like to commend Inisha Brown for her patience and insight in not overwhelming us with all the capabilities of this very smart vehicle. Inisha directed our focus first on the things we use and gave us all the time we needed to make our own operational notes before leaving Honda World. She provided us with her contact information if questions arise. Wow, this is huge to the technology challenged. More

Great Honda Pilot EX-L Lots of cool features, digital dash Great experience. I like the eight inch touch screen with back up camera, radio, cell phone control. The lane assist camera is excellent. It has a possible throttle body sensor issue which should be changed soon under warranty. This was not authorized to be changed,therefore problem still exists which could cause a head on collision. I like that on hot summer days you can open all windows with the remote control. It also opens the rear door, which is very nice when you have groceries. You can not lock the keys in the Honda which is nice. If you forget and get out with it running it will peep to let you know. Great buy, which the infrequent speeding up of engine when slowing at a stop light or stop sigh causing you to go through it at a fast speed could be resolved. More
