Started off with confusion/frustration, ended ABOVE & Beyond We had made an appointment to go see a used 2015 Honda Odyssey at Honda World in Louisville last Monday, and they said to come on down the van was rea We had made an appointment to go see a used 2015 Honda Odyssey at Honda World in Louisville last Monday, and they said to come on down the van was ready. We are from Cincinnati so we drove an hour and 30 min for this appointment. When we arrived, it took about 20 min for them to come back to us to say they lost the van!! How do you lose a van I am not sure.... if they sold it they didn't say they sold it.... still not sure what happened to it. BUT because of excellent customer service of Lollie and Lamonte, we were offered a BRAND NEW 2016 Honda Odyssey in whatever color (exterior and interior) we wanted at the same exact price we would have paid for the used one..... this was an amazing deal. $7000 off list price. Unfortunately it did take a little over a week to get the car in so we had to drive back home, and then back to Louisville again once it was ready, but it was worth it. And when we came back, Lollie already had everything completely organized - had already called our insurance, ran our credit, all paperwork ready to go so it didn't take as much time as it would have. The van is amazing and we are very happy! We would recommend this place. More

Scheduled maintenance We have been going to Honda service for many years. Service has just gotten better = quicker and more efficient. One glitch: have come in TWICE now We have been going to Honda service for many years. Service has just gotten better = quicker and more efficient. One glitch: have come in TWICE now for nitrogen in tires and the machine is broken. Seems odd. It's a rather large dealership with quite a few vehicles with nitrogen filled tires. Was told to come back for it. :-(. Just won't fit into my schedule for a third time. More
