We negotiated via emails and text messages until I got the car I wanted with a lease plan similar to the one I already had. It was important to me to not have to pay any money out-of-pocket, and Chris and Tom never pressured me on this sticking point. When we pulled into the dealership it was then just a matter of completing all the paperwork. All in all a very smooth process and no hard negotiations. I will likely re-lease again in about 34 months if Chris can accommodate me with the same level of price and product. Thanks Chris and Tom, you actually made leasing a car enjoyable experience!!! More
