Love my car I knew exactly what I was looking for, newer Honda CR-V, under $25k. Found my car within an hour. Unfortunately, it was just turned in as a trade-in I knew exactly what I was looking for, newer Honda CR-V, under $25k. Found my car within an hour. Unfortunately, it was just turned in as a trade-in, and it was being cleaned up. Signed the paperwork and returned 2 days later. In and out in 2 hours. I dealt with another salesman upon my return as DK was on vacation. Doug Alsman was easy to work with, but the process seemed to take forever...sign a couple of papers and he disappears for 15 min...this went on for 2 hours. No reason it should've taken this long. I was a cash buyer with an agreed upon price. DK was awesome to work with an would highly recommend to anyone More
