Terrible purchasing experience We sat around waiting for an hour and a half to purchase the car, even though we were paying cash and there was hardly any other customer in the deale We sat around waiting for an hour and a half to purchase the car, even though we were paying cash and there was hardly any other customer in the dealership. Car was missing a critical part for the radio to work, and had to argue with sales staff to get it replaced. If they didn't have the car we wanted we would have walked out. Horrible experience. More
Phenomenal first car buying experience First off this was my first time buying car. I did some research on how to prepare for for buying a car and how to handle bargaining. He offered me a very reasonable, honest, and straightforward deal on the car that I was extremely pleased with. He wasn't pushy in anyway and did whatever he could to give me the best experience I could have. I would highly recommend anyone to visit him for a car and will certainly be coming back to him for my next car! More

Overall Great Experience Semsa was great and very helpful. She was willing to work with us and was flexible. I felt no pressure whatsoever. She was great to deal with and followed up several times via phone and email and was very responsive. Erik Kepner was also friendly and didn't push us to sell extra stuff other than what we asked for. My only recommendation is to speed the process and KEEP THE FINANCE PIECE FIRST! We were there for over 4.5 hours after we had already negotiated the price the week before. It was a long day! Jeani was helpful, but she came across as a BIT rude. Not sure if she intended to be rude or not. However, we had our 3 and 5 year old with us and they did great for 4.5 hours. The financing was last, when that is the MOST IMPORTANT PART and it should HAVE BEEN FIRST! Because if I didn't agree with the interest rate or the payment, the whole deal would have fallen apart and we would have wasted 4.5 hours. Our kids were tired and bored after 4.5 hours and were not sitting down at Jeani's office and she was clearly very annoyed about it, despite that we did everything in our power to keep them calm and quite. She also was not very happy that we did not purchase any extra insurance. Maybe she also had a long day, but she didn't come across as compassionate about our situation at the time. More

I walked into Honda World with my family expecting to receive the high pressure sales routine of most car Usually, I dread the car buying experience. I walked into Honda World with my family expecting to receive the high pressure sales routine of most car dealerships. Immediately, I was warmly greeted by Brian Trimble, a sales rep for Honda. Brian was extremely friendly! I told him we had been looking for a used Honda CRV but we were interested in seeing what the 19s had to offer and of course how much it would cost. Brian quickly brought us a CRV that matched what we were looking for and suggested we take a test drive. This is where I figured the sales pitch would begin, but I was wrong. We had a great conversation about our personal lives and my family got to learn a lot about Brian. Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the CRV and answered all of my questions. He showed us the endless amount of features the 2019 CRV had to offer. After we were finished with the test drive we asked if he could let us know about pricing. Brian, worked very quickly, which was much appreciated because my children were starting to get restless. At other dealerships, we have painfully waited as the sales reps talked with the managers and then relayed the message to us over and over again. At Honda World, Brian made a quick phone call right in front of us and worked to get the deal that we were wanting. A few minutes later, the deal was completed and we were happy owners! I never expected to buy a new car, but we were shocked at how reasonable the car was priced. Also, the honesty of everyone at the dealership made the entire process fantastic! Our great experience continued in the finance office with Connie. She went over all of our options and exactly how much each option would cost. There were no hidden cost or high pressure sales tactics used to make us purchase more insurance then we were comfortable with. She was so friendly! Finally, Dorottya setup all of the options on the car to fit our needs. Then, she went over every aspect of the car and answered all of our questions. She too was very knowledgeable and friendly! If you are looking to buy a car, I highly recommend Honda World and Brian Trimble. He is not your typically high pressure car salesman. Instead, he is very honest, informative, and an overall great guy! Thank you Brian! More

We went and drove the two brands and both were ve When my wife and I decided to purchase a new car we had narrowed our choice down to just two brands. We went and drove the two brands and both were very close in every thing we were looking for in a new car. The choice finally came down not to just the price but who we felt were giving us the best overall deal including three years of maintenance and lifetime limited warranty. Our sales rep was Semsa Rizvic who helped us greatly in finding the right car. After the deal was finished we were helped by Dorottya Sallee-Felligi,a customer tech rep, who showed us the many features of our new Accord EX-L Hybrid and boy did we need it. There a few more people involved in our purchase, Scott, Chuck Morelli, and a couple more I cant recall their names. Thanks again to Honda World who took the fear and dread out of buying a new car.
