Accessories Installation on New 2020 Pilot The service department installed four accessories for my new 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L. Those accessories included: CD Player, Body Side Molding, 2nd Row The service department installed four accessories for my new 2020 Honda Pilot EX-L. Those accessories included: CD Player, Body Side Molding, 2nd Row Seat Covers, and Door Edge Film. The work to install these four items was excellent and high quality. The service advisor, Debra Judd, kept us fully informed on the progress of the work which took approximately 5 1/2 hours. This was longer than we expected but fully understand that to install a CD player requires removing the dashboard and console. Debra was very apologetic for the longer than expected wait time. Comfort and amenities in the customer waiting area was much better than at other dealerships we have experienced over about 35 years. The follow-up provided by Debra was customer focused and prompt and complete. We were overcharged for two of the accessories based on the price list we used to decide to order the seat covers and door edge film. This was immediately resolved and a refund processed based on our follow-up phone call to the Service Dept. Debra is the advisor we will contact first when we have future Service needs. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the customer waiting area as well as what we could see of the actual Service work areas. Finally, Jessica Washer ensured our Costco discount was applied fully and correctly. She was also very sorry for the long wait time and under estimate of the time needed to complete all the work. More

Efficient. Got the vehicle I was interested in ready for me upon arrival. Financing was annoying. I brought my own financing in and didn't want theirs. Took a bit to get them to come to the level I wanted, even though I budged more than I wanted to. I feel like I could have gotten a better deal if I had the time. They probably take forever to wear you down. More

The dealership feels kind of “cold”. None of the sales offices have anything on the walls and such which led me to believe they sales people don’t last long there ??
