Delivery Specialist Department Honda World is the premiere dealership. Our experience buying a new CR-V was great. We can't say enough about Semsa Rizvic. This is the way a salesperson should perform. Honda World is very fortunate to have her on their team. The Delivery Specialist Department, Holly and Austin, explained and answered all our questions pertaining to all the electronics the CRV has. Holly is another outstanding employee! Car was much higher than advertised online. Recently I found a car online I loved, and as I live out of state, I started the buying process online. I did everything I could possibly do at home, Recently I found a car online I loved, and as I live out of state, I started the buying process online. I did everything I could possibly do at home, had my offer submitted, scheduled test drive. The next day I called to make sure everything was submitted properly and check that the price was indeed the price I would pay. I was assured it was. I got in my car and headed toward Kentucky to test drive my new car. I then received a text that the price I would actually pay was a full $10,000 more than the advertised price! They said that the price on the website (several sites had this car listed and I cross checked carefully) was not accurate, even though I had submitted the offer and been told otherwise. I called the manager and he said basically that someone had made a typo and sorry about your luck. Really not even an apology. I personally think a business that size should stand by their advertised price, even if it is an error and they cut into profits or take a small loss. I’m not saying it was a bait and switch scheme, in fact I do believe it was a typo, but it felt like it to me. $10,000 is a huge difference for this public school teacher, so needless to say I was pretty let down. More
