HondaWorld My most recent dealings with HondaWorld was nothing but great. Went in for an oil change one day, left with a new vehicle the next week. I had start My most recent dealings with HondaWorld was nothing but great. Went in for an oil change one day, left with a new vehicle the next week. I had started looking for a new vehicle last year or a little longer. The vehicles I wanted to look at were not on the lot but the sales staff kept showing me "older" models and couldn't tell me how the newest model would look. Even though I kept telling them I didn't want to see these models, that's all I saw. They called my home several times with the same stuff. I was perfectly happy with my "old" car, a 2012 Accord. When I went in for an oil change, a service guy asked if I wanted to see any new cars. I had several conditions before I would say yes. In particular, that a 2020 had to be on the lot. He left, came back and said that yes, there were. I had another question and he said, let me get you a salesperson. I had another condition. He came back with Lollie Reiss whom I immediately felt a connection with. She took me on a test drive of a CRV and a HRV, both 2020. Good start. We talked cars and other things on the drives, she told me, based on what I had said, which she would buy in my case and why. We agreed. When I talked to my husband and after he saw it, we all agreed! My husband and I went in just so he could look at the car. Lollie was off that day and I think it was Lewis Ray that answered questions my husband had. He was nice and informative also. Working with her was wonderful! Zellner Dale was good as my Delivery Specialist. He told me all about my new car and answered questions I had at the time. Although most of it went over my head! It takes driving and experimenting to learn it. Still learning! More
