The three people i worked with were major league All the way. My sales person was the best. Miguel Rodriguez is top notch. The finance mgr that assisted Us really knew his business. He took us through the financing so we could understand every option.he Was John Bendrix he was very efficient and got us through the finance period of the sale our delivery specialist was Austin Walker. Austin went through all the options and gizmos on our Honda CRV EX-L He was so patient and went slow so we could absorb all the new features. From Miguel Rodriguez the Product Specialist who initially walked us through the exterior and interior of the vehicle and ensured all necessary paperwork had the I’s dotted and the T’s crossed. To the Finance Department’s Ryan Carter who went through the Finance process seamlessly and efficiently without a hitch. Making the whole financial process easier to understand and digest. Then we were turned over to the Delivery Specialist Austin Walker, who gave an outstanding demonstration of all the technical electronic vehicle systems information and paired both our cell phones to the vehicle and made sure we knew how everything worked and where to go to find that information. Took very good care of me. I purchased a used Toyota from Honda World. Daymond was a very helpful and easy to deal with sales associate. Very prompt in returning phone calls a I purchased a used Toyota from Honda World. Daymond was a very helpful and easy to deal with sales associate. Very prompt in returning phone calls and helping with requests. When I purchased the vehicle it was known that there was a door lock issue with the vehicle and they had actually ordered a part to fix what they thought was the problem. A couple of days after taking possession of the car we took it back to have the lock fixed. After the service department replaced the part, it was found to have other door lock issues. I called and was asked to bring the car back so it could be diagnosed. Honda ended up taking it to Toyota for a dealer diagnosis and it was found to be an expensive repair. However Mr. Munoz did not hesitate to go ahead and have Toyota repair the vehicle with no cost to me, including giving me a free loaner car for the time my vehicle was in the shop. I really appreciated the honesty and customer care. I will continue to look to Louisville Honda World for future vehicles. More
