Purchasing our 2020 EXL CRV at Honda World in Louisville was the best and easiest car buying experience ever! With Covid-19, it was a such crazy thought to trade our car through internet, video, text, and was the best and easiest car buying experience ever! With Covid-19, it was a such crazy thought to trade our car through internet, video, text, and phone. But our Sales Consultant Ryan made the process of negotiations, finance, and delivery easier than we ever could have imagined. After the deal was agreed on, Ryan delivered the car to our house which was over 100 miles from the dealership. He brought ziplock bags for each of us that contained masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and even separate pens to sign the paperwork outside. All the precautions were well thought out to ensure our safety. We love our new CRV and will definitely contact Honda World for our next vehicle! More
