Great Customer Service My first contact with Honda World was with Andre Uchitel. Andre went out of his way to help us order the specific color and model vehicle we wanted. My first contact with Honda World was with Andre Uchitel. Andre went out of his way to help us order the specific color and model vehicle we wanted. Then the pandemic hit which delayed the delivery of the vehicle since production shut down at the factory. During that time the wife and I changed our minds about which vehicle we wanted. Andre helped us locate the vehicat another dealership in the state and coordinated having the vehicle delivered to Honda World. Outstanding job! At the dealership Brook Kepfer, the Delivery Specialist did an outstanding job going over the options on the car the day we went and picked it up. Even with social distancing measures she was thorough and very helpful getting the electronics and creature comforts in the car set up! Thanks Brook! Jonathan Bendixen made the finance portion of the deal a great experiance.
