He quickly found 2 vehicles matching our description. Never tried to talk us into fancier trim levels than we needed. Provided a quick be detailed overview of the vehicle with obvious knowledge (which other previous lots failed to do), started it up for us and offered a test drive. Very personable, seemed honest and polite. Not intimidating in the least, never over-talked us. Test drive went great, Honda is superior to the Chryslers we test drove previously. Financing with Jonathan from Denmark was, oddly, fun. Personable, not pushy, felt like a conversation and not like a script. Driving away the car was delivered perfectly, likely organized by Holly. Our multiple radio stations were preset, stickers removed, car spotless and shiny. All features set up just like we hoped and she showed us how to change them if we change our minds. Best looking mini-van in the city in my opinion as we were driving off. Great not to have to fumble around trying to figure out all the technology on our own. Top notch service, never an awkward moment, never felt like we were being "sold to," just some helpful people trying to facilitate a decision WE were free to make on our own. A+ experience. More

I've dealt with many before finding my Kia Soul, and Damon outshines them all. If you don't want the stereotypical salesman, with the stereotypical sales pitch/pushiness, then I recommend you talking to Damon Hampton. Like, right now. Then, be sure to see Ryan Carter in Finance. Ryan was 100% honest in everything he said, I didn't feel any pressure or uneasiness. He broke everything down, and he was clear in his explanations, especially to a customer buying her first car. Ryan is friendly, comforting, and above all, knowledgeable. Whatever the highest rating is, I give to Damon and Ryan. If you need a new car, go see Damon and Ryan at Louisville Honda World. Even if you don't need a new car, go see them anyways. You'll be purchasing one soon enough. More
