Austin did a wonderful job of showing us the features of our car and making sure we were comfortable with how to use the features. Ryan was excellent in helping us close the deal and was very transparent on many things, which we greatly appreciated it. Definitely the "typical" car buying experience. Honda world always takes care of me whether going in for a service or just looking into upgrading. I have gone through them for my second Honda ever and their customer service is still the same from 3 years a service or just looking into upgrading.
