I was very happy with the hard work and wonderful communication that took place before, and during the sale of my vehicle. I was extremely disappointed by the fact that I left the dealership the even communication that took place before, and during the sale of my vehicle. I was extremely disappointed by the fact that I left the dealership the evening of my purchase, and the tire pressure light had not been fixed it was still on. I was aghast to find out that if they did not have this taken care of in a certain amount of time, my car was going to be taken from me. With the help of my son. we googled and YouTube and were able to fix the tire pressure issue. I don’t understand how we could do it so incredibly easily, but yet while I am at the dealership working on my loan to get approved. It was not possible for the salesman or anyone else to fix the problem. It should never have come to the point where I was having my car possibly being taken from me due to this issue. I live in Little Rock but drove to Conway because you had a better selection of vehicles to look at and drive. I was lucky enough to work with Braxton and he did a great job listening and then leading me to a better selection of vehicles to look at and drive.
