I was a little disappointed that we couldn't get a better finance rate, despite having a well above 850 credit rating. No problem, I have already found another bank with a much, much better rate to re-finance the loan. Actually, we had clearly agreed upon a 5.35% rate and when we went in to see Hans, he introduced a higher rate, as though this had been previously agreed upon before going to see him. He did agreed to making it right, but it made someone in management look dishonest, or at the very least, sloppy. But, overall, it was a very nice experience. And Christian phoned the next day to follow up with us. That was very thoughtful! More
