I came in to have a headlight connector looked at/Replaced because I didn't know what part to order (driver side high beam wasn't getting voltage). I figured the Honda dealership could at least fi at/Replaced because I didn't know what part to order (driver side high beam wasn't getting voltage). I figured the Honda dealership could at least fix a light on my Honda Accord. It took 2 hours for them to tell me they didn't have a high beam connector, so they offered to hardwire it for$200+. This would just be a problem down the road. Anyway, 2 hours and $166 later for nothing to be fixed. Called a different mechanic. They told me what I needed, ordered it for $10, and replaced it myself in 15 minutes. Will be using another mechanic from now on if I can't fix it myself. More

Honda World created a very pleasant experience for me. I knew what I wanted and when I got there they had me ready to test drive. I was driving my vehicle home shortly after.
