Mrs. Kim is such a good communicator, makes me feel at ease about all services needed to my vehicle, and ensures that a curtesy car is ready incase I have to leave my SUV and drive home. Last year, I even had our SUV towed Honda World after a terrible experience just trying to get into a service department at a local Honda dealership! Honda World provides 5 star service every time!
