Great service! Friendly staff and a nice, clean waiting area. I appreciated that my first oil change and tire rotation were included. Friendly staff and a nice, clean waiting area. I appreciated that my first oil change and tire rotation were included. More

I had taken my 2018 Accord in for service then walked into the showroom just to look and James asked if he could help me. A couple hours later I left with a 2025 Ridgeline. We've purchased 3 vehicles f into the showroom just to look and James asked if he could help me. A couple hours later I left with a 2025 Ridgeline. We've purchased 3 vehicles from Honda World and have always had a great experience. James wasn't pushy, he found just exactly what I wanted and brought it around for me to look at. I loved it so I called my husband and we began the purchase. It was painless and professional. James's knowledge of the features on the Ridgeline was extremely helpful. The only thing I had to set up later was the radio stations. Bryan took us through the financials so they were easy to understand with no hidden charges and Mike came by several times to comment on the clean condition of my Accord and to thank us for our business. Overall, it was a very pleasant and fun time !! Thanks Honda World, James Wahrmund, Bryan Salcedo and Mike Johnson !! More
I went to this dealership to trade my 2023 Nissan Frontier for an older truck. Nuts, right? I owned the Frontier outright with no liens against the title and at first selected a 2017 Chevrolet Colora Frontier for an older truck. Nuts, right? I owned the Frontier outright with no liens against the title and at first selected a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 with a 2.8 L Duramax engine. I thought it was a decent deal and I would get $4,000 back for some necessary home repairs. Unfortunately, of the three weeks I owned this truck, I had possession of it for only 2 days due to check engine lights issues. To their credit, Honda World took the truck in and sent it somewhere (they wouldn’t tell me where) to have something done to it. They tap danced around for two weeks while I asked what was wrong with the truck and where it was. I was finally told it would be ready and to come get it. I arrived the day I was supposed to and they gave it back to me without saying what had been done to it. On the way back home, the check engine light came on again. I took it back to them and asked what had been done to it. Again, they had no answer. They offered to take it in again for repairs off site or to allow me to pick out another truck. I opted to pick out another truck. Unfortunately, the only thing on the lot near that price point was a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. I test drove it and wasn’t really impressed. However, after being told it was the only one on their lot and other choices were at other dealerships their owners owned as well, I began to give in. After all, I had been concerned that it might not have the towing capacity I need, but the salesman assured me it could tow 5,000 lbs. so, I took the Ridgeline. Instead of getting $4,000 back for some home repairs, I would get just $1,500. Not enough to do much of those repairs, but what could I do? They wouldn’t cancel the deal and give me back the Frontier. I was stuck. Well, it’s now been three weeks and I’ve discovered that the front wheel drive version of the Ridgeline can only tow 3,500 lbs. I’m not happy. Not only that, I got a call last week claiming there’s a lien on the Frontier. I wish there was so I could get the truck back, but I knew better. There is absolutely no lien. They just screwed up again, delaying the paperwork and the paltry $1,500 check. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from making that deal. More
