Friendly, Efficient & Customer-Oriented This is my second Honda. In between, I went with a different make of car and had to deal with their service center. My experience was so bad that I This is my second Honda. In between, I went with a different make of car and had to deal with their service center. My experience was so bad that I swore my next car would be another Honda. I am so happy to be back with the Honda Windward family! Customer service has always been excellent from the time I had my first Honda and even now. I was able to get an appointment right away. Service was completed in the time that was promised. The shuttle was prompt so I could drop off/pick up my car without wasting a lot of time. Thank you to Sophia, Eric, and Gilbert for another pleasant experience! More
