Absolutely amazing service! I love my Honda Pilot and the service at the service dept makes me love it even more. I called the service dept on a Saturday morning because I had warning lights on. They fit me service at the service dept makes me love it even more. I called the service dept on a Saturday morning because I had warning lights on. They fit me in that day and diagnosed the problem right away. While we waited someone brought snacks for my two young children. They offered me a weekday appointment but when I shared that it would be difficult because I’m a teacher they found an appointment on the following Saturday. I dropped my car off first thing as advised, at 7am. My car was fixed in a few hours and I was on my way. They are amazing! I really cannot say enough about how amazing this dealership and service department are. If you are looking for a place that will treat like you family, work around your schedule and do do what they can to get you back on the road asap, go to Honda Windward! Also, every service earns you a free car wash down the road. They are simply the best! More
