Pricing is higher than independent shops but the car is back to the original condition. I’m older now and just want the car repaired back to specs using OEM parts even if the price is higher. The rep worked with me during the clutch and brake repair process explaining each step or addition that came up. Local parts availability is less during these types of repairs also due to Covid and inventory levels. But the rep let me know how long it would take to acquire the parts and install. This is a 2009 Accord EX-L in 2022 with 100k miles. It still drives and looks new. I’m happy! More

I love this dealership but waiting for service is too long even though you make appointments in advance waited more than 3 hours just to change two of my tires same thing as the last one waited more than long even though you make appointments in advance waited more than 3 hours just to change two of my tires same thing as the last one waited more than three hours again very disappointed with the service without communication with while waiting on the wait area I could cancel my appointment that would take longer just to add tires they said they short handed if didn’t go down to the service area I would have waiting more longer they rush the service with another tech they cashed me out about 1222pm got to the service about 840 am no discount was given they only rotate my tire for free.
