This is our third vehicle purchased at and maintained by the team at Honda Windward. I've been interested in the new 2013 Honda Accord. Also i just bought a new car from from Bob Laudick, and the process was as they say easy, squeezy, lemon peazy (or however that goes). With Bob, there's no hassling or haggling needed, no pressure, just an excellent experience that will change the way most of us feel about buying a car. My wife Donna and I flew all the way from Maui to pay a visit to Bob and Honda Windward. Based on recommendations from family and friends, I knew I had to give them a try even if I had to fly from off isla visit to Bob and Honda Windward. From the minute I sent an email inquiry, Bob Laudick responded promptly via a phone call. Very pleasant and caring personality he really took care of us from that initial phone conversation. When we got there he was busy with other customers so he had Travis show us the Pilot but back then in January supply was limited. Nothing was avail to purchase on hand back then but Travis was nice enough to show us a Pilot he had sold previously awaiting delivery. The minute I sat my okole on the front seat was the first time I felt the WOW factor. The first word that came out of my mouth was, WOW! My wife had to have one. They checked for inventory from other dealerships but nothing was available to my wife's preference. As we were about to leave, Bob had Travis stop our car as we were about to drive off their lot. Bob took the initiate and said why not have one ordered. Next thing you know we were in his office discussing numbers. We did some research ahead of time and had an idea of what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. When Bob gave us the okay on our first offer, it was the second time I felt their WOW factor. It blew my mind that he accepted our initial offer. He called us two months later and said your car is here and we're ready to finalize the paperwork. The minute my wife laid her eyes on her new baby, she lit up like a little kid with a candy. She was extremely happy. Our financing was already set up thru our credit union on a borrow via your savings type program but Bob suggested we try applying for their 1.9% financing. From all of my previous car purchases, I never had a percentage less than 8%. Bob lovingly insisted we try. We did and when Louie the finance guy said, Congratulations on your financing, I couldn't help but scream, WOW! I felt so overwhelmed with appreciation. We now had the option of not tying up our savings. We took advantage of it and never felt happier dealing with Honda Windward. Not an ounce of regret. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed. This was the best car buying experience I ever experienced. And this is coming from a guy who once sold cars briefly back in the 90's. Thank you Bob Laudick, Travis, Louie, and Honda Windward for an unbelievable buying experience. Go see them at Honda Windward and feel their WOW factor. Ask for Bob Laudick! He made us feel that he was truly interested in our situation as retirees on a fixed income and was committed to helping us get our car at the price that we could live with. We feel Bob went above and beyond by helping us set up all the super new technological features with the new 2012CRV. From the backup camera and Bluetooth device, which is now standard on the 2012CRV, to the Econ feature we are so glad we chose Windward Honda and Bob Laudick—no pressure just super great customer service. This is our second time going to Honda Windward for a vehicle. We went through the same sales person who helped us last year when we purchased our very first new vehicle. We had such great service that time, we decided to go through them again. This time we ended up leasing our vehicle. We originally were going to get a used vehicle, but Bob suggested leasing. At first we were hesitant because we never leased, but Bob explained to us and answered all our questions. So, we decided to lease, and it was a great decision in our opinion. Bob Laudick is such a great person. He takes the time to answer your questions and he is very thorough when it comes to explaining the vehicle. The process from finding a car to driving off the lot took almost 3 hours, but it didn't even seem that long because Bob entertains you by telling you jokes and just talking to you about general things, all awhile, making sure you understand everything about the car and the process. So if you are ever in need of a car, go to Honda Windward and request to see Bob Laudick. He will try to help you as much as possible with getting you the best deal and making sure you leave there satisfied and happy. Even after you drive your car off the lot, he will keep in contact with you, making sure that you know he is there for you if you ever need him to answer questions about the vehicle. More
