This is disappointing since you can't run your car it you can't start it. So I had to take my car to another service center and though they were also busy they were able to change my battery and service my car within a couple of hours. More

Be careful! Leased a new Honda Civic EX-T at the dealership in 2017 and got an OK deal. However, I have to leave the country and when I brought the car in (only 9 Leased a new Honda Civic EX-T at the dealership in 2017 and got an OK deal. However, I have to leave the country and when I brought the car in (only 9,900 miles) the used car salesman offered me $15,500 or almost $2,000 less than the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value for the car. Be very careful when dealing with the used car section of Windward Honda. Windward Honda has made a believer out of me, although not the type of believer they hoped. I won't go near the dealership again since Pacific Honda is only 30 minutes away. Clean up your used car section since this reflects on the entire dealership! More
