Battery Problem Inefficient diagnosis of problem with the battery. Going in today with the same problem we had within a week of purchase of the car should have been enough to put in a new battery right away. Testing batteries for holding a charge is an unreliable way to decide if a battery is good. One test shows no problem, and the next may show something quite different. The battery’s history was that there was a problem. A replacement should have been the first and only step. (My son’s girlfriend missed a class at UH because of the delay.) This was the first time we had a question about the service department’s judgment on an issue. Mahalo for letting me give a critique on the servicing. More

Outstanding Customer Service at Honda Windward Kaneohe I’ve been coming to Honda Windward for over six years for my automotive needs and have purchased a 2004 Odyssey and now have leased a 2019 Honda Fit f I’ve been coming to Honda Windward for over six years for my automotive needs and have purchased a 2004 Odyssey and now have leased a 2019 Honda Fit from them. I was treated like family each time, never felt pressured to buy but rather felt their sincere desire to help me with what I needed at an exceptionally fair cost. Their Service Department always did the repairs I needed in minimum time and did it right the first time every time. They even took me home and picked me up when my car was done! That’s a truly exceptional way to treat one’s customers! I don’t go anywhere else but Honda Windward when I need a new car or when it needs service or a safety inspection. They are the best in the whole state! More
