I talked with the service manager about my concern; she told me that the technician did some work like pulling the panel and looking through Borescope, as well as according to her, my car was in the technician's shop from 13:50 to 14:30, so I am responsible for the entire hour. My appointment was at 13:00, and I reached there at 12:58 PM. But something does not make sense here. I saw a video to the technician around 13:40. At that time, my car was still outside near the register (you can check your camera). He told me he heard the noise in the video but couldn't figure out what caused it, and to figure it out, he needed to pull all inside panels, and it's a whole day's job. So, I told him OK, and I don't want to do anything; give my car back. Based on your record, he put my car into the shop after I told him not to do anything, and he made a diagnosis. But why? I have already told him to don't do anything. Here, I can see that you don't listen to customers, do as you want, and then charge. You can pull your call recording to confirm my timing regarding my car. I went to two other dealerships they didn't charge me anything—ridiculous customer service.
