We were greeted by Dave Clifford who was extremely helpful, but not overbearing. We gave him an idea of the two kind of vehicles we were looking for and he steered us in the right direction. No pun intended. We decided on a Honda Accord Sport vehicle. Dave helped us through the entire purchasing process and presented us with a monthly payment that works comfortably within our budget. I would recommend Honda North to friends and Dave Clifford as a Sales and Leasing consultant. More

Didn't buy Honda but I still got treated like I did! I visited this dealer and as soon as I came out my car door, there was Dave C, a sales associate to greet me. Dave was great! He was so laid back and I visited this dealer and as soon as I came out my car door, there was Dave C, a sales associate to greet me. Dave was great! He was so laid back and never put any pressure on me and even offered me advice on different options that benefited me as a consumer. He was nice and attentive to my financial needs. See Dave when visiting this dealer. After, I met with Jameel N, the business manager and he was great. He also smells really good! Jameel was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what offers and rates I was entitled too. He took the time to research better finance options for my new car. He seemed organized and very thorough. There was also a girl name Paige that usually answers the phone and she is very sweet and nice. She makes sure your questions are answered and directs you to the appropriate person. My only complaint about the dealer is that they put an ugly logo sticker on my car without my consent. More

Worst experience of our life My daughter and I had ordered a Honda fit and went down to close the deal on Wed 19th. Well I have never met a more condescending financial person in my life....This was my daughter's first experience with trying to purchase a vehicle...We walked in with a preapproved check from our credit union and were supposed to close the deal....The obnoxiouss financial guy I think his name was Jamal looked down his nose at us and said and I quote, "Is that the check? we don't take those checks." He said that their dealership doesn't accept pre-approved bank checks and that we would have to finance through them.... I told him that we were not told this by the other financial person Peter, but all he said, again in a very abrupt manner was that Peter was fairly new and didn't know much....He proceeded to try and do a loan with them, but in the process my daughter wanted to call her dad about it and went outside to do so. The guy said to me and I quote " Who is buying the car? your daughter or her dad." in such a condescending way that we finally told him to forget it and we would go elsewhere for our new car. I have never been spoken to or degraded like this by anyone let alone someone who we were trying to buy a car from. My poor daughter was in tears. He should have been excited to help her and make her experience a pleasant first time one. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they want to feel humiliated and degraded by someone. They lost our business and will lose more as I am posting this letter on various sites so the consumers can be aware of this treatment. Don't get me wrong, the sales person was very nice, but the financial person needs lessons on diplomacy and manners with his customers. I do hope you post this review. More
You made me love you. I didn't wanna do it Let me get right to the point. I hate motor vehicles and have considered them a blight on the American landscape, environment and culture for decades. Let me get right to the point. I hate motor vehicles and have considered them a blight on the American landscape, environment and culture for decades. I've proudly bicycled to work on a daily basis for 22 years, a total of about 55,000 miles, and love to see cobwebs between my dashboard and windshield on those rare occasions when I have no other alternative than to use my car. I postponed getting the airbag recall work done on my 2003 Honda Civic for months, until I finally gave in a couple weeks ago. I was ready for a fight because I assumed that when I picked up my car, a Honda North service person was going to tell me how much other work I needed to have done, how it wouldn't be safe to drive it until thousands of dollars of repairs were completed, etc. I was totally prepared to seize on any Honda North flaw and be miserable about the entire experience. Instead, the service department opened at 7 a.m., on the nose, as advertised. Joe Giacometti welcomed me right away like a long-lost brother, did his job efficiently and told me he'd call when the job was done. I jumped on my bike and headed for work. When I returned to pick up my car that afternoon, I connected with Joe again. To my surprise, he didn't try to scare me into unplanned repairs or steer me toward the sales department. He just explained the airbag work that was done, had my car brought up, and wished me a great day. In short, it was an astonishingly pleasant experience. Not just acceptable. Pleasant! Based on that one encounter, if I ever have to have buy another car someday, I'll be heading for Honda North as my first shopping destination. As much as I hate to admit it, it's one very, very impressive operation that defied every negative stereotype about car dealerships I've ever held. Bravo, Honda North. Now, all you need to do to win me over completely is to install a bike rack. Hey, you asked! :) More
