For many years I have enjoyed the royalty and first-class customer service at Honda. This week I visited Honda North to trade in my old Honda with a new one. It was their detail orientated quality service and high professional standard that has made a difference. After a frustrating experience trying to work things out with our local dealership, my husband decided to stop in at Honda North and ended up speakin After a frustrating experience trying to work things out with our local dealership, my husband decided to stop in at Honda North and ended up speaking with Dave Clifford. We both found working with Dave a much less stressful and straightforward experience. At the ripe old age of 56, we've seen our share of car buying situations. This was by far the happiest. Dave is a straight forward, down to earth guy and we so appreciate that. No one likes to feel that they're being worked over or played by the salesman. There was none of that with Dave. He answered all of our questions and there were no endless trips back and forth across the sales floor to "see what we could work out with my manager." Now, I'm the happy owner of a lovely new Honda HRV. I love it. Thanks Dave! Additionally, Jameel Nichols in finance was immensely helpful. More

David Clifford introduced himself in the parking area and asked if I needed assistance and I told him I was only window shopping. Mr. Clifford invited me to come in so he could answers any questions or concerns that I might have. My first impression was that this sales representative listened to and understood my unique situation and needs. He clearly explained my questions on a possible purchase, lease, or options with pre owned vehicles; and after some discussion I decided on reviewing leasing a new car. Mr. Clifford took down my personal information and a process of price options, trade in considerations, meeting with management support, vehicle test drive and visiting the service department brought me to leasing agreement that I was comfortable with and met my financial considerations. He listened to what we wanted, responded to our questions forthrightly, and advocated for the price we hoped to pay. While all the paperwork was being processed, he kept us abreast of the timeline, making sure we were aware of each step. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough. Additionally, everyone else we worked with at Honda North was extremely friendly, pleasant, efficient, and customer-focused. The place was hopping (a non-holiday Saturday in February), but we never felt rushed or ignored. Honda North is a 90 minute drive from our house, yet I would highly consider returning for future car purchases. More

Service department cannot be trusted Brought my vehicle in on December 22nd to get the interlock switch on the shift replaced. They replaced a cable, not the switch and charged me $400.00 Brought my vehicle in on December 22nd to get the interlock switch on the shift replaced. They replaced a cable, not the switch and charged me $400.00. Twenty four hours later the problem was back. I scheduled another appt to have them revisit the issue and this time they found a bad interlock switch. The very component I told them was defective on my first visit. Rather than correcting the $400 misdiagnosis these people doubled down and charge an addition $115.00 to correct a problem that should have been caught on the first visit. I encourage you to visit Commonwealth Honda or Kelly Honda before doing any business with this outfit. I've had service performed at each of those dealerships and they're honest.
