Friendly and Honest Sales Experience Dave Clifford sold me a certified used Odyssey. He was pleasant to work with and encouraged me to take as long as I needed to test drive the car -- bu Dave Clifford sold me a certified used Odyssey. He was pleasant to work with and encouraged me to take as long as I needed to test drive the car -- but I could tell it was in fabulous condition. I had visited another major Honda dealership that morning, and the experience was drastically different: The used cars were in bad condition despite being advertised otherwise. When I asked for the condition report, they refused to show it to me and the salesperson and his manager became very aggressive. At Honda North, they showed me the condition report when I asked. The report said that the tires weren't up to certification standards, so they had been replaced. I ended up buying the same model and year minivan as the other dealership, but in much better condition and for a better price! Plus, the experience was much more pleasant. The purchase process was easy and quicker than I expected. I'll buy a car from Honda North again. More

Bad service for problem with alarm My dad went to the service department because his horn kept going off at night. They told him that they would keep the car for a day or two to see wh My dad went to the service department because his horn kept going off at night. They told him that they would keep the car for a day or two to see where the short in the wiring is. After two days and four hundred dollars later, the alarm still went off. He took it back and they told him he had to spend another 120.00 dollars for a key. They told him they would unplug his alarm. He got home guess what the alarm goes off again. He goes back and they tell him they unplugged the wrong wire. They pretty much told him you want it to work you have to buy the key. I tried to contact the service manager and general manager for this issue and no answer from both. I guess they don't want to talk to me after they scammed my dad who is elderly. Don't use this place nothing but s scam. More
Postive Experience Dave Clifford was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire sale of my brand new 2016 Civic. I showed up 1 hour prior to Sunday's closing time at Dave Clifford was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire sale of my brand new 2016 Civic. I showed up 1 hour prior to Sunday's closing time at Honda North and we were able to work out a fast and fair deal. He stayed 1 1/2 hours past closing time to ensure I was aware of all the necessary next steps I needed to take (calling insurance carrier, obtaining title, etc) to ensure I could drive off with my car by end of the week....and I did! During our arranged pickup he was there to listen to any an all questions I had pertaining to the car....and I had a ton of them! No pressure, no nonsense, just a customer service oriented, regular guy working with me to ensure I had the best possible buying experience! More

After deciding to lease, I was assisted in filling out the necessary paperwork, given several options, and took a Honda Civic for a ride. I was delighted with the ride. Cheryl Parker prepared me on the operation and features of the vehicle, causing me to be very comfortable driving the car. The Financial Closer for my sale and SalesManager were also thoughtful and informative. For woman on their own, making choices about vehicle leasing and buying, and making major purchase decisions, you will not find any dealership better to deal with.
