unorganized and unhelpful We purchased a used car with a full 90 day warranty. we live an hour away. when we bought it, it had an issue with a tire sensor. a day after takin We purchased a used car with a full 90 day warranty. we live an hour away. when we bought it, it had an issue with a tire sensor. a day after taking the car, the sensor went. we also realized one of the back windows doesn't operate. they told us to come down and made an appointment for a week out. came down (1hr), sales man who sold us the car wouldn't talk to us. waited 1hr to be told they'd need us to bring it to a nissan dealer a week from now. so basically drive 1 hr down to wait 1 hour to find out we need to bring it somewhere else in another week, then drive 1hr back. very unorganized. overall it's taken over 2 weeks just to get the car into a service bay. a week later, it's at the nissan dealer, we have to keep referring them back to Honda North about payment. the car has been tied up for 2 days so far with no end in site. No one at Honda North is managing the work or communicating with Nissan. Buying the car was pretty easy and well managed. Getting it serviced has been an unfunny circus clown act More

We went in and the car was actually for sale at the price listed online. No bait and switch. No bs. Our salesmen was direct and to the point and got us exactly what we wanted, below market value, and quickly. Even the paperwork only took half an hour. Any other time I've bought a car it seemed to take at least two hours. Overall, is highly recommend using this dealer for any Honda buying needs More

An Amaizing Dealerhship We were in the market for a new suv. After doing a fair amount of research and a few days of test drives we had narrowed it down to the Highlander or We were in the market for a new suv. After doing a fair amount of research and a few days of test drives we had narrowed it down to the Highlander or the Pilot. After dealing with one Toyota dealership we were so turned off that we decided on the Pilot. We call around and got some prices but the select was few and far between for what we wanted. My friend recommended that we check out Honda North. I sent an email and was replied to in less then 10 minutes. It was amazing. Their price blew away the competition. They had exactly what we wanted in stock. They were not pushy. When we finally made it up for a test drive, everything went great. We were treated like we were actual people and not just a sale. I had my two daughters (3 and less then a year old). They listened to what we wanted and also what my 3 year old wanted. I mean they truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted at a price that we could afford. They also offer 2 years free maintenance. That is something most other Honda dealerships do not offer. This along with the great service and great price made it a no brainer. My wife went back for the first oil change recently and reiterated how nice it is to deal with Honda North - and this time it was just for a quick oil change. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a Honda. More

New to car buying, and they made it easy! This was my first experience purchasing a "new" car, as my previous cars have all been hand-me-downs. When first arriving at the dealership, the Sales Consultants were waiting outside to greet customers (a big difference to another dealership I had visited the day before where I pa-roused the lot for 20 minutes and NO ONE came out to greet me!). Dave Clifford was a big help, encouraging me to test drive both a new and Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V. By the end of what was a test drive, I was signing papers to my "new" Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V, and I love it! Because this was an unplanned thing, however, I forgot to remove a CD from my trade-in CD player. I was happy to receive it in the mail from Dave a few days after my purchase! This was a good experience for me, and I will definitely look to Honda North for my future car needs! More
