I started my car hunt with two other dealerships before them and if I only I started with them I would have saved myself time, the hassle and most importantly money! This wasnt my first rodeo of car buying but my first time at Honda North and it was the best experience ever. Reasons being they were genuine, never agressive, but making the most effort to match all my requests - AND DID THEY! No hesitation matching True Car App Best Price for the car I wanted, giving me the lowest rate based on my great history with my past car payments despite me having not the best credit. The end result was the beat deal ever and they never once tried to push me into a terrible deal, threaten or make me feel like my back was up against the wall if I didnt agree right away like other dealerships I have been to. Honda North will have my next car purchase when I am ready to do it all over again in the furure! Please check them out first and you won't regret it! Thank you Honda North for my new 2017 Accord EX-L with Navigation/Honda Sensing! More

Honda North - stay away -Very poor service and communication It took two phones calls to lease a 2017 Honda Accord from Honda North in Danvers, MA. Three weeks and a dozen plus phone calls later a minor issue is still unresolved. This is my first time providing a rating but I feel I needed to warn others for experiencing what I have dealt with so far. Story: a few days after delivery I noticed that the tire valve caps were missing from two tires (separate sides of car so they were not stolen by someone) and one of the two remaining did not fit properly. I called sales and was transferred to parts. Left message and no return call after several days. Left message for the dealership's main number and no return call after several days. Called again and explained the issue again. A gentleman from sales said he would mail out the correct tire valve caps. In the meantime I took a caps off my mountain bike to put something on the car. I called back the next day and let him know that another cap had fallen off and not to worry the package was in the mail and there would be several caps. Waited a week and a half but nothing came in the mail. Left message for the general manager, no return call until two days later by another employee. In the interim I called Honda Corporate to explain the situation and they offered to act as a liaison between myself and the dealership since the dealership was not responding. The next week someone from the dealership finally dropped off 4 valve caps to my home but they were the wrong type and did not fit. I called the dealership back and informed them that the parts did not fit and they wanted me to drive to the dealership (not very close to me) and have a tech review the issue . I informed them that these are tire valve caps which should be an easy problem to rectify. The dealership representative said that they were taken off a similar car with the same color from the lot and he did not have the expertise to discuss taking on/off tire caps. No sure why he was working in the auto industry to begin with if he doesn't know how to screw on a cap and why did he think the color of the car had anything to do with them not fitting? I informed him that I wasn't wasting any vehicle mileage (this is lease), fuel and more importantly my time (over a dozen phone calls to various Honda personnel at this point). I asked couldn't you just mail me the correct caps or I could mail you or have you pick up the single cap that did fit and then get four of them to me? The dealer then blamed me for the caps not fitting and stated that the mountain bike caps I put on could have ruined the treads. The caps are plastic and the treads are brass and the mountain bike caps I used temporarily were the same size as the replacements they sent. The dealer said they could not help any longer so I got Honda Corporate involved again. Honda Corporate informed me that the dealership will supposedly send me the correct valve caps out but the person who does that is out of the office. Not holding my breath. I wonder how long it would take to resolve a burned out light bulb or an engine issue if a tire cap is something that Honda North can resolve after three weeks and a dozen phone calls. To summarize: I still do not have tire caps on three of the four tires, the replacement ones fell off. Not sure why this is the way they treat a new customer (for me anyway I certainly won't be a repeat customer) but it speaks volumes about their greed and lack of any support post sale. The first people I contacted at Honda North obviously lied to me about mailing out the tire caps they had no intention of doing so, voicemails are either not listened to or are not responded to in an appropriate time frame and the most recent person I dealt with doesn't know how to screw on a tire cap. It took two calls to take my money for the lease but after a dozen phone calls a .50 cent or so part that was missing from the vehicle can't be accommodated. Take your chances with Honda North, they are quick to cash your check but you are your own after that. I would never go back to them even for the oil change that was included in the lease, next time they will see me is when I drop the car off when the lease expires. There are many Honda dealerships north of Boston (check out the one in Lynn). I wished I had chosen another dealer which offered the same vehicle at a similar price, the post sale service even if poor would be a vast improvement over Honda North in Danvers, MA. More

Our salesman was Rick Galvin and we went back and forth deciding on this or the Toyota RAV4. We also dealt with another Honda dealer and Rick was able to match the other dealer and location was more convenient for us. They were able to find a specific color that we wanted and we only had to wait a few days. Rick was thorough in explaining all the perks of the vehicle when we test drove it and again when the car was delivered. So far I am very happy with it. I hope the service area is as good as the sales department More
