Terrible Sales Leadership I was looking to purchase a car and after one hour I asked if we could have a copy of the proposal to think it over and the MANAGER named Steve refuse I was looking to purchase a car and after one hour I asked if we could have a copy of the proposal to think it over and the MANAGER named Steve refused to give me a copy and then he placed the proposal near his neck and said “ why do you want this so you can bring this to another dealer” my wife and I were shocked as they said it was a confidential firm which isn’t true so I asked to speak to Mr. Jerpeson as I didn’t like his behavior and he wouldn’t give me the phone number or email address! NEVER AGAIN HONDA NORTH! More
