I puchased 2019 Honda CRV June 8, 2021 with 41,495 miles. My fuel pump failed September 15, 2024 after I had only driven 12,440 miles. I took it to Honda North and they told me to contact Corporate office fo My fuel pump failed September 15, 2024 after I had only driven 12,440 miles. I took it to Honda North and they told me to contact Corporate office for assistance to pay for replacement of the fuel pump that they wanted to charge me $1,720 for part alone. I found out it had been replaced in 2021. I did not trust Honda to replace the fuel pump. I called Honda Dover and they told me they replaced on April 26, 2021. I would not recommend Honda North after this experience. More

I am very satisfied with the workers at Honda North, Danvers. Lucky Chan and Allison in the Service Department are a great team. My gas cap could not open. The cable to the gas cap needed replacement Danvers. Lucky Chan and Allison in the Service Department are a great team. My gas cap could not open. The cable to the gas cap needed replacement. Lucky Chan had come to my house to test the problem. When he knew what was wrong, he telephoned Allison to order the part. He drove my car to be repaired. On his way to the shop he picked up the part. He told me it would be fixed the next day. When it was fixed, he telephoned me and asked me if I wanted to have a registration sticker renewed. He also told me what needed to be done for the winter so I would not have to be coming back and forth to the shop. I am elderly and find that a big inconvenience. He brought back my car with another driver helping him so they could get back to the shop. The car was clean and full of gas when it was brought back. I have never experienced such great service! I will go there for all my services. More
