Her professionalism and ability to answer my questions and understand my needs, allowed my new car purchase to be a simple one. It was an in and out easy purchase. It was not long and drawn out. The dealership was very accomodating and I highly recommend them. More
My wife and I have purchased two brand new Hondas from Honda North. We both put 30 thousand miles a year on our cars. My wife has a 2008 Pilot (loaded) it's awesome! The Pilot purchase was the first car w Honda North. We both put 30 thousand miles a year on our cars. My wife has a 2008 Pilot (loaded) it's awesome! The Pilot purchase was the first car we bought from " No fuss Gus Noci" what a great guy! If your going to spend over 30k for a car why buy a peice of junk. HONDA makes some of the most reliable cars in the world and HONDA NORTH will take care of you!!!! I brought my 2009 CR-V EX ( which I purchased from Cool Gus Noci) in for service due to a very strange circumstance. A dead bird was jammed in my engines cooling fan and did some costly damage due to over heating some engine parts. WHAT THE xxxx.. only my luck! A one in a million shot! Mike Seigin in service took care of me. I dropped my car off at 7am when they opened, was given a rental and was on my way to work into Boston in all under 10 min. My CR-V was fixed and my out of pocket expense was minimal. THEY TOOK CARE OF ME.... END OF STORY. My wife is planning on trading in her Pilot next year for a new one and my father will be looking to trade in his car as well. They both will purchase for Gus Noci I would not have it any other way. I work to hard to throw money away. VALUE, QUALITY and SERVICE is all I'm looking for and have found just that at HONDA NORTH. I should mention that EVERYONE I have dealed with at HONDA NORTH has been top notch. More

I handled the price negogiations very painlessly over the phone with their internet sales people (Laurine Faro and a manager....forget his name) who were responsive and didn't waste my time (very refreshing!) ...beating the price I needed in very short order. I already had some very competetive prices from other area dealers, and they beat the lowest price. I was given a sales managers name (Paul), and told them when I'd head over to make the deal and sort out my trade. On arrival I was introduced to Gus Noci, who handled the sale. He was excellent. I took the car I wanted for a nice long test drive (alone) to make 100% sure it was the one I wanted (it was). On my return, we haggled a bit (less than 5 minutes) on my trade-in...again, it was painless and I was comfortable with my trade-in price (though we all know we never get the "retail" price we'd like...just the truth). Gus was excellent to deal with, always polite, and was very eager to please. I defintely felt like he really appreciated my business, which is nice. Oftentimes today, you rarely feel like anyone really appreciates your patronage. Overall, I am 100% happy with my experience so far with Honda North. I went back yesterday to get my inspection sticker, and the service dept. also did a nice job, turning the car in about 15 minutes, and gave me a free soda while I waited. And I love the new Civic. Great gas mileage and love the leather interior. Very comfortable for such an economical car. More

Upon arriving, I was introduced I was shopping for a pre-owned Honda Pilot and decided to visit Honda North becuase it's soo close to where I work. Upon arriving, I was introduced to Brian Richardson, and shown a great assortment of pre-owned Pilots for sale. In short order, and with some great advice from Brian, I decided which vehicle I wanted, and within an hour of that decision, Brian and his Finance Department had arranged all the needed financing for this purchase. This was EASILY the most enjoyable car purchase I have EVER made. I have since returned to Honda North for regular service on this car. I've found the Service Department to be extrmemely helpful and prompt in all their efforts to assist me. While looking at various pre-owned Pilots Honda North had for sale, Brian explained to me how valuable the Honda Certified Vehicle program is. Based on that explanation, I bought a pre-owned Honda Certified Pilot. I would suggest to anyone that's entertaining buying a pre-owned Honda to do the same. My overall experience at Honda North has been very positive. I would strongly encourage anyone shopping for a Honda vehicle to visit this store before buying a Honda anywhere else. It will not be a wasted visit; great staff, great service, excellent car buying experience. More
When I left work yesterday in Wakefield, my low oil light came on. As I was driving from Wakefield to Maine, I knew I needed to have this addressed asap. I was fairly sure I just needed an oil change. came on. As I was driving from Wakefield to Maine, I knew I needed to have this addressed asap. I was fairly sure I just needed an oil change. We were used to waiting for the little wrench to come on, but now that our 2008 Accord has 110K miles on it, we need to address oil changes much sooner than waiting for the wrench. I pulled into Honda North 10 minutes before Service was closing, expecting to be turned away. The Service Tech finished with the customer on the phone, greeted me with a smile and said “no problem – we can take care of you”! Most places (anywhere, not just car repair) would have rolled their eyes at that last minute customer running in before closing. Not only was I helped, everyone was friendly and I even got to relax with a free Diet Coke. ? Honda North saved me from a potential issue since I was going to be driving 2 hours home on low oil. A huge THANK YOU to the Honda North Service Dept!! Much appreciated, -Mary Murphy More

We stopped by this dealership to take a look at a specific car. Right at the entrance we were welcomed by Chris, very friendly, informative, no pressure salesman. He showed very good knowledge of Hond specific car. Right at the entrance we were welcomed by Chris, very friendly, informative, no pressure salesman. He showed very good knowledge of Honda and expressed high interest in my prefferences. Chris was very easy to deal with and supported my decision in the end. He should be set as an example for many other salesmen I had to deal with before. Honda North deserves a better rating for having salesmen like Chris. More
I recently purchased a new Honda Accord EXL from Honda North in Danvers. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Chad. It was busy but he came right over to me and made me feel welcom North in Danvers. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Chad. It was busy but he came right over to me and made me feel welcome. He asked some questions to understand what my needs were in a car and what I was intereted in. Chad was well prepared and well informed about the vehicles and was able to answer the many questions I had. He was also very polite and patient. I narrowed it down to the Accord and the CRV of which Chad recommended I test drive both. He went over both vehicles from top to bottom. It was a pleasant experience talking to someone who knew both cars and didnt rush through explaining the features of each. After going through both vehicles and test driving both, I really liked the comfort and drive of the Accord and knew that was the car I wanted. The one price value price took the hassle out of haggling, something I do not like doing. I like that idea. The purchase experience at Honda North was the easiest car buy I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership for a great buying experience with very knowledgeable and friendly people as well as getting a great vehicle! More
Giving a free cup of coffee is not sevice!! Fixing your car properly is!!there is no comuinication there they never called customer to update with good or bad info. often had to wait hours longer than quot car properly is!!there is no comuinication there they never called customer to update with good or bad info. often had to wait hours longer than quoted for car, they really wasted about 36 hours of my time. when i recieved my fixed car I had to bring it back three times untill it was right, workmanship was very poor, they are clearly to busy to deal there buisness properly anymore. To bad they've outgrown there costumers!!! They just want to move car's and are willing to except a large percentage of poor workmanship and unhappy costumers to do volume. As the word gets out and the cash stops comming in they will get back to there roots and do what there add proclaims! take care of the costumer. I will be driving back to Boston Honda even thought this dealer is right down the street from my new home. the extra drive is well worth it not to deal with The Danvers Honda again!!!! i will never go back, not even for an oil change, they have lost a costumer for life! I've bought 5 hondas in totall from the Boston dealership and have never had any real problems. I guess i know were I will be buy my next Honda!! More
This was a waste of time. My wife and I go in on a Saturday after we were at Todd Farm. We were in the buy mode and had a check for a down payment on us. We wanted an Accord EXL. We pull up in our old Saturday after we were at Todd Farm. We were in the buy mode and had a check for a down payment on us. We wanted an Accord EXL. We pull up in our old beater minivan, go in and Waheed greets us. After finding out we want a new car he starts asking why we want to waste money on new when we can get a used one. Then he proceeds to tell us that he only sells used and is the used car manager. The place was pretty busy and after a few tries Waheed gave us to Gus. What a joke. He looked us up and down(we were both a little ragged from hauling antiques), we told him what we wanted and we knew they had it. He asked us if that was our minivan. He started telling us how he was the number guy in the region, he sells mor ethan anyone.. and then brings us over to show us his awards and xx. What a joke. Then he tells us that he cannot help us as he has a delivery coming and he will get someone to help us. We asked to use the bathroom, and then left. I threw his card on the ground. What a joke this place is. We had a check for 10k and we were ready to buy. My wife and I laughed and went home, had lunch, made a few calls and we were in the new car we wanted on Monday. The funny thing is that we live up the street from the Butchery and would have liked to buy there. My advice? Stay away from here. More
