They were able to estimate the length of time it would take right on the nose. They also took advantage of others leaving before they had their inspection sticker and moved my car right in--the mechanic take right on the nose. We test drove a lot of Civics (and other cars) from a lot of dealerships before settling on this one. Some sales staff (at other locations) were extremely friendly and laid-back, but too inefficient and not responsive enough. Other sales staff were very efficient but irritating. Peter struck a good balance between being personable and business-focused. We would highly recommend Peter to other car buyers. More

After receiving a personal letter from the dealer offering 0.9% financing on a new Honda, I went to the dealership to purchase one. When I asked for their financing rate I was told it was 3/9%. I then showed the letter to them and, after showing it to the sales manager, I was informed that the letter was a mistake and they wouldn't honor it. This deceitful practice is unconscionable and I can't believe that a written letter addressed to me personally would not be honored. More
