Everything went well. The agents were friendly and the technicians got the work done quick. The only thing that was bad was that it looks as if when they were installing the accessories they put a scratch technicians got the work done quick. Three different lights lit up my dash board as I was on my way home. Rather than drive directly home, I drove to the dealership. It was near the end of the day, so I wasn't sure that the Service departmen my way home. Rather than drive directly home, I drove to the dealership. I am pleased to give the Service Team the highest rating as they got the job done; even without a "planned" appointment. More

He took care of corresponding with Profile and made sure that all work performed was covered under my extended warranty. While shopping for a new car three years ago it was a top requirement of mine that I purchase a car from a quality dealership that employed quality people. My experience yesterday evening reminded me that I absolutely made the right choice with Honda North. More
