I always feel like I'm getting the royal treatment there. Someone always opens my door, greets me with a smile, and ushers me into the service center. We review the work to be done and it's usually do there. Someone always opens my door, greets me with a smile, and ushers me into the service center. We review the work to be done and it's usually done in a very efficient time frame. The staff are always very curtious and upbeat - pleasure to work with. Especially Vic, whom I've dealt with many times in the past and we've become like friends. Outstanding customer service from everyone. Most of my friends/relatives would never bring their vehicle to a dealership because they have a preconceived notion that the cost would be prohibitive, but I've found the prices are usually pretty reasonable, the work is done well, and it's a pleasant environment to wait around in. Because of the excellence in workmanship and customer service, I will continue to always bring my car there and will most likely buy another Honda there (I'm on my second or third from them...). :D More
This service center is always friendly and quick. The minute you walk in they are doing everything they can to make it a pleasant experience despite needing to be at a service center. They offer you 5500. For your trade when it is worth 13,500. They pulled the same stuff at there sister dealer at Kelly Honda in Lynn. Same manager same place. Steve was outstanding. He catered to my wife's desire for options on the car, never pressured us on making a deal. Listen to what we wanted and delivered. Everything went well. The agents were friendly and the technicians got the work done quick. The only thing that was bad was that it looks as if when they were installing the accessories they put a scratch technicians got the work done quick. It looks like something was leaning against the door and fell over leaving a scratch. More
