We recently purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey and am pleased with the car. Additionally, the salesman (Josh), was wonderful. He knew the cars inside and out. Here's the rub. We visited the dealership on a Saturday and part of the negotiated deal included an IPad Air. Prior to leaving (just to give the purchase some thought - I wasn't sure I was quite ready for a minivan yet) we inquired whether they could hold this deal for a couple days and were told that they could. We did not return the next day (because we wanted our excellent salesperson to receive the commission for our sale). On Monday, we returned and purchased the car. Insurance paperwork was completed on Tuesday and we picked up the car on Wednesday, only to be told that we would not be receiving the IPad. Huh? I called to speak to the sales manager on Thursday and was transferred to the salesperson's voicemail (by accident I was told). When I zeroed out, I spoke to an assistant who informed me that I could leave a message with her because the Sales Manager did not have voicemail. Strange but I did it. She informed me that he would be in the next day so I tried him then. I got transferred to his voicemail (that he didn't have the day before) and left a message. To date, I have not even received the courtesy of a call back. Not the kind of customer service that they should be proud of. I am riding around in a new minivan feeling bad about the purchase now. All over an item worth a couple hundred dollars I think. More than anything, it's about not even getting the call back. In my opinion, this is terrible customer service and if this is the way that this company is run, I will be taking my vehicle for service elsewhere (I typically like to have all of my service done at the dealership). More

Hi, customer service was great..loved the free cup of coffee. Not to be too picky but the vacuum of my car was extremely superficial. My car was empty inside so for an extra few minutes could have been d coffee. Not to be too picky but the vacuum of my car was extremely superficial. The rep that made our appointment by phone, service tech that provided findings and rep at check out were all very pleasant and helpful. Prices for service seem reasonable. I received an advisory notice from Honda about a peeling and cracking paint issue which included my car. I called to get info on what was going to be done. Got in for the pictures to be taken the same day and cracking paint issue which included my car. I called to get info on what was going to be done. Got in for the pictures to be taken the same day and the service was scheduled for two weeks. Since Honda North does not have a body shop (I don't think many dealers do but I could be wrong) the car was taken to Auto Body Clinic. I have used this body shop before and feel they do excellent work and was confident my car would be well taken care of. Dennis called me several times to let me know how the work was progressing and I had my car back a day earlier than planned. He called to let me know I could come pick up my car. He was also the person who gave me the bad news that Honda would not pay to replace the plastic protective film that had to be removed to deal with the paint in that area. Not happy about that and I chose not to replace it. Never owned a car with it before so I feel that it will be fine; if not it was my decision. Bought the car new at Honda North and have had the service work done at this facility and have always been pleased with all work done. Thanks for taking care of my car and to the great people you have working there. More
All I can say is that EVERY time I deal with Tim in service, he is extremely fair and prompt. I bought a 2011 preowned Honda Certified vehicle last Dec and he has helped me thus far with at least three service, he is extremely fair and prompt. I bought a 2011 preowned Honda Certified vehicle last Dec and he has helped me thus far with at least three or four issues, two or three, being right off the bat. I have NEVER experienced such great customer service at a dealership as I do when I have an issue with my vehicle and I deal with Tim at Honda North. This is not the first Honda dealership I have used for purchasing and servicing, but I can assure you if the customer service in the service dept continues as it has, it will be my last and I will recommend to all. Two out of four of my kids drive a Honda and I hope to encourage them all to use Honda North with any future purchases. There is nothing worse than buying a vehicle, having issues and the company not wanting to properly and fairly care for them. I give a five to Honda North because of my experience with Tim thus far. More

2012 Honda Pilot Bluetooth was intermittent. Mechanic Dave tried to resolve using my cell phone. He was unable to duplicate the problem. rather than closing out the trouble as "can't duplicate" he had Dave tried to resolve using my cell phone. He was unable to duplicate the problem. rather than closing out the trouble as "can't duplicate" he had me brought into the shop to question me as to toe problem. I also tried to duplicate the problem but was unable. Dave continued to search his computer for possible issues and updates but found none. I believe this issue will resurface (based on 30 years as a telecommunications tech) but was very happy at the diligent effort made by Dave. More
