I have never shopped with Honda North before but I was very impressed with the the showroom, the speed I was addressed with upon arriving, the willingness, and overall presentation of Joshua Hersey on beh very impressed with the the showroom, the speed I was addressed with upon arriving, the willingness, and overall presentation of Joshua Hersey on behalf of Honda North. My wife is handicapped and I needed to see if my wife could comfortably get into a CRV, and she could. The quality of service Joshua gave my wife and I was excellent, even pulling the car right up to the end of a level walkway so my wife could get in. Upon my return alone Honda North from taking my wife home Joshua met me and we went right to work. I test drove the same CRV my wife got into and was blown away by Joshua's product knowledge of the vehicle, a Honda's resale value and the Honda itself as well as your dealership. Once the negotiations started at no time did I feel disrespected, pushed or pressured to buy, not from Joshua or the other two men I dealt with. Everybody was respectful, pleasant and professional. I got all the vehicle I wanted for, in the end, the actual price I could afford, they all played the game very well and I held my own until I got what I came for. It is a wonderful experience to have my service provider contact greet in in my car, give me an accurate estimate of the time to perform the initial oil change and fluid top off, provide me a coupon for a c contact greet in in my car, give me an accurate estimate of the time to perform the initial oil change and fluid top off, provide me a coupon for a complimentary beverage, direct me to the waiting area, then upon completion of the job go over in detail what tasks were performed and provide me a coupon for a complimentary car wash when the weather turned warm enough. My Battery died on my 2008 Honda Accord... Hi, I arrived at the Honda North Express Service Hi, I arrived at the Honda North Express Service Center on Saturday 12/28 at 11:55 pm. Three individual service employees were walking by and did n Hi, I arrived at the Honda North Express Service Center on Saturday 12/28 at 11:55 pm. Three individual service employees were walking by and did not greet me until ~20 minutes later while I was in the car in the Express Service Lane. The employees saw me but chose not to acknowledge me. I'm not sure if its because Honda North is close for lunch at this time or not but letting me know would have helped. When another SUV drove to the side of where my vehicle was only then did an employee (assumed to be Denis Howell since his name is listed as the ADVISOR on the receipt) step out to greet me and ask what type of services I was requesting. His estimate for my MA State Inspection Sticker and Oil Change was "an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes" due to what he described as the service dept being held up with other cars. The services were not complete until 2:10 pm. At least EIGHT other individuals some for car repairs, many for oil changes and at least 2 other individuals for a combination of the MA state inspection sticker and oil change arrived after I did and service for them was complete before me. I understand that some of them had appointments but I do not believe all did. Either way, I wouldn't have mind if the Service department was running late, but choosing not to let me know that Service was running late I feel is a problem. Sales and service was great when I originally purchased the car but over the past year, I've noticed that its been taking service longer each time for my oil change (with and without an appointment) and employees are less friendly. Upon letting me know that the vehicle was was ready "Dennis" did not apologize or acknowledge the fact that his estimated time was late and I felt that the way he talked to me was as if I was a bother to him. Based on the last few experiences at Honda North I may not recommend this dealership and service department to others. I had greatly appreciated the employees when I initially purchased the car but have noticed that the older the car is the less pleased employees seem to see me. I hope that this review will allow Honda North and its employees to improve on their service. Thanks. More
