First, Jeanette, my customer care guide was great. No complaints there! She was cheerful, knowlegeable and responsive. Kudos to Jeanette. However, your detailing department is sorely lacking in the quality of their work and I found the service department's asstitant manager to be equally inept in following up with my dissatisfaction. The inside of my car was very clean but they did not buff the Armoural cleaner at all!!!! Every surface is still slick and sticky which brings me to my second point. During the 14K detailing service I was lead to beleive that they would "hand wash" the car. I assumed, my mistake, that they would buff it and make it look "new" as well. When we got home we noticed that there were greasy handp prints ALL OVER THE CAR!!! There were still dirt streaks on the hood! This is a $89 service and it was poorly done. Very unhappy with the work. I could have had someone come out to my house for $20 more and they would have buffed out the scratches and waxed the exterior in addition to the full interior clean. I called and was connected to you assistant service dept manager who suggested, at rush hour, that I bring it back in - which would have required me to drive an hour there and another hour back for what? A car wash? He was rude, impatient and certainly not willing to refund anything on the bill and said the best they could do is wash my car next time I come in. Don't you do that as a courtesy anytime someone comes in for a service??? So what exactly am I getting for this here? I think they should offer to redo the entire 14K service for my inconvenience or credit 1/2 of it back to me as the exterior was clearly not done! For god's sake, I need to take my car to a car wash tody! A day after having it detailed! Let's see if this gets any response whatsoever now that I have taken the time to let you know. Met at the service gate while in my car. Person was very courteous. I came in for a sticker. I used Honda North because they go over the whole car and let me know if any additional work was needed. I called Honda North because icons unfamiliar to me lit up on the control panel. I was told not to drive it and have it towed to Honda North. As soon as it arrived I got a call from Vic Gillespie informing up on the control panel. I was told not to drive it and have it towed to Honda North. As soon as it arrived I got a call from Vic Gillespie informing me that they would look at the car and get back to me. She said it might not be until the next day since it was later in the afternoon. However before the day was up she called me back with what they thought was the problem but wanted to keep it overnight to run more tests to make sure nothing else was involved. As promised she called me back the next day with what caused the problem in the first place. I gave her permission to fix it and the car was ready when she said it would. I appreciate the calls, when promised, explaining the problems, cost and when the car would be ready. I have always serviced my 2006 CRV at Honda North and will continue to do so because I trust them and the high level of customer service they provide. More

Went in for oil change and inspection sticker= Express service. Susan was great. greeted me and gave me voucher for coffee. Service done within 40 minutes or so. Went for an oil change / also alignment and got two new tires. Went on a Sunday and Dennis was outstanding. I would highly recommend Honda / Dennis to my friends. Overall excellent ratings. I was given a warm greeting by Susan upon my arrival. She made me feel right at home and took immediate care of my Accord, while I waited in a beautiful and comfortable lounge.
