Quick, even for a busy day! Vic greated me and was very nice. She let me know there may be a slight wait but everything went rather quickly. I appreciate that. The inspection costs some 9 dollars more than if I had done it locally in Ipswich. Might not do that again. More

I was pleased with my first visit to Honda North. I felt very welcomed and Dennis made sure my kids and I were comfortable as we were waiting for the service work to be done. The play room was a great feat very welcomed and Dennis made sure my kids and I were comfortable as we were waiting for the service work to be done. The play room was a great feature and kept my girls entertained the entire time. Since we appeared to be among the first customers in the morning I was a little surprised that there were some used tissues and wrappers on the floor in the play room (which I cleaned up out of habit). The work took the minimum amount of time they allot for that type of service, which was nice. I liked that I was told how much life was left in my brake pads so that I can be thinking of that when we head in for our next service. The reason I rated the price what I did was because compared to the last dealership we used it seemed expensive. That dealership had excellent loyalty programs for people who purchased cars from them. More
