I never expected to walk out of there with such a nice car on my budget. Peter was great to deal with--listened to what I wanted and was very aware of our budget. I was greeted by a service person when arriving for my 5000 mile service. He took the vehicle in and the service time was short. Service was great. Had blue tooth installed, However, I'm not too happy. The sound is not very good, lots of static. I need to play with it a bit more but will probably be back to have it looked at. Peter Anderson made sure I got the best value for my dollar and my needs, was personable and answered all my concerns with assurance and excellent follow through. The Financial manager was persistent in securing financing for me and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I am not easy to impress and I would not write this without merit, i look forward to the courtesy shown to me by the service department, but I want to single out someone who made my day end with a smile.. The young man whose name escapes me at the moment who drove me home on the shuttle also greeted me when I came back for my sticker with a smile. I have bought 3 Honda vehicles from Honda North, and the past two purchases were from sales rep Chad Nobrega. I bought a 2013 Civic from Chad in December.
