Honda North feels like home, and here's why. We just bought our second car from the same dealer at Honda North. All the staff that helped us to purchase our new car were quite courteous and knowledgable bought our second car from the same dealer at Honda North. All the staff that helped us to purchase our new car were quite courteous and knowledgable. Our salesperson, Peter Andersen, especially, went beyond the call of duty to help us select the best car in the lot, and thoroughly explained everything. I rate Peter Andersen and Honda North very highly because of the professional service experience in choosing the right car at the right price. More
Worst customer service. Made my car WORSE than when I brought it in. Really, really, really incompetent repair shop. Top top it all off, they have really poor records management and make recommend brought it in. Really, really, really incompetent repair shop. Honda should REALLY look into the management here and do a total overhaul. More
Went to resign some paperwork because vehicle vin# number was incorrect on our new vehicle purchase and to obtain an inspection sticker. We were there for about 1 1/2 hrs. Paperwork was ready and only took about ten minutes but waiting for the inspection sticker took a long time. There was only one vechile ahead of us and plenty of service men sitting around chatting. Once car was inspected it was just sitting there for about 20 minutes. I rated it ok because everyone there is friendly but our first impression of the service area was a little dissapointing. We live in Haverhill and it takes a while to get there so I'm hoping our next visit will be better. More

Once our new car was all set, he spent an hour going over how the navigation, stereo and various other systems in the car work. I am very happy with everyone that I have come into contact with at Honda North. They really want you to be happy with your new purchase and they encourage you to call if you have any questions about your new vehicle. More
My wife was concerned when the cigarette power plug stopped working on her new crv. The tech was very helpful. Went back and forth between a Jeep and CRV. Both deals were comparable in price and options. Liked the extra steps Honda North took to help make the decision.
