My 2007 Honda CRV was due for a level "C" service. I was told that they needed the car for the day so they reserved a rental car for me. I also elected to have an interior detail done. During the morning, the Service Advisor, Tim O'Keefe called me to go over what they had found. He said the battery had failed inspection and that a new one would cost me $151 so I agreed to have a new one installed. I also needed a state safety inspection which they performed. During the inspection, they discovered I needed a new light bulb over the rear license plate which they installed for $3.43 no labor charged. Tim also advised me about future recommendations: by next oil change I will need new spark plugs for $165, coolant fluid service $140 and brake fluid for $126. This service should be in 5,000 miles. He also advised that by next Fall/early Winter I will need 4 new tires. I found this to be very helpful because I can plan for these expenses. My total bill came to $785.37. They had estimated the level "C" service at $489 and they charged $475 when I didn't need new wiper blades. I was impressed that they seem to take every detail into consideration. I was especially impressed with the interior detailing for $99.95. The car was really dirty from the winter salts and it came back looking like new. I also appreciated that I wasn't charged for the rental car. I drove it less than 5 miles because I work near the Honda dealership but I did need to drive a short distance so again, I was impressed that they made a loaner available to me at no cost. They seem genuinely interested in pleasing their customers. I would say that they run a great business model. More

I just needed an inspection sticker, but I made the trip from Gloucester anyway. I really like your service center and I appreciate having the car vacuumed when I bring it in. My family was looking to upgrade from an older Honda Pilot that to a somewhat newer one (although not brand new) and had a general sense of the year, features, and price range. Peter was exactly the salesman we needed simply because he listened to what we were asking for and delivered on that information - no up-sell attempt, no attempt to fit us into a different model, and none of the feared car salesman traits that you might worry about in this type of situation. He was friendly, honest, and thoroughly explained everything to us from the start of the interaction with details around what was available to the final review of the user manuals (which took place long after he had made the sale). This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership and will continue to do business with them in the future. Would highly recommend seeking Peter out if you are in the market for a Honda and close to this location. More

Went in with code B123 showing on dashboard. Service writer sold me a 75,000 mile service instead of addressing the service codes. That won't happen again.
